Hey, my name is Tatjana

I support you in discovering your basic trust, making peace with yourself and your past, and transforming stressful feelings into your inner strength.

“Who are you?” asked the caterpillar.

Alice replied rather shyly:

"I - I am not sure, sir, at least not at the moment - at least I know who I was when I got up this morning; but I must have been switched several times since then."

How my natural talent became a profession

I have always been the one who was there as a 'coach' for my friends, colleagues and family members. Sometimes it was the colleague who couldn't decide on a place to study, sometimes it was the colleague who was unhappy in his relationship.

I have always been the go-to person for all kinds of problems. But especially in difficult phases of life, I stood by the people around me, listened and helped wherever I could.

The Healing of My Family

My mother had long wanted to write her memoirs. Every time she spoke with tears in her eyes about her distant family (she comes from Sardinia and came to Germany rather involuntarily at the age of 16), I asked her to fulfill her wish and write down everything she remembered.

It wasn't easy for her to write a book "from one day to the next". At first she didn't even know how to use a computer and it felt like it took her two hours to write two sentences.

She wanted to give up so many times, but I always encouraged her to keep writing. After a year and a half, she had finished her book and felt an immense sense of liberation that she hadn't expected. 💖

My mother's book then triggered a wave of healing within our family. Suddenly, new, profound conversations arose between her and her siblings. Old wounds were gently opened and were finally able to heal.

But perhaps the most significant healing my mother experienced was when, "out of the blue," she was ready to forgive her own deceased mother.

My Story - Why I am here

From Overload and Powerlessness to Change

In 2019, I was at a point in my life where I was incredibly unhappy and overwhelmed. I felt "lost" and didn't know who I was, what I was capable of, or what I even wanted from my life.

My job as an e-commerce sales manager took up my entire day and I barely had any time for myself. Overtime was the norm. I kept hoping that if I worked through the weekend, things would get better the next week. But instead, more and more tasks landed in my inbox.

In addition to my professional dissatisfaction, I was confronted with inappropriate behavior from a superior, which increased my feelings of powerlessness and desire for change. But I didn't know how to get out of it.

The Wake-Up Call in the Comfort Zone

Almost every day my colleague would give me a speech about how I needed to get out of my comfort zone. He happily put his finger in my open wound again and again! 😓

He said that I was too good to be destroyed by this situation, that I couldn't carry on like this for the rest of my life and that "the fun is out there waiting for me". 😒

His constantly repeating words annoyed me so much that I often didn't want to listen to him. Because the constant reminder of what I was missing didn't help me. It was as if I was standing in front of a locked door without having the key. 🗝️

Out of this despair and disorientation, I began to look for answers - not only for my professional situation, but for my whole life.

"Continue to believe in the seemingly impossible."

How I found my answers

Many years before I became sales manager, when I was still working in retail, I was interested in psychology, mindfulness techniques and personal development.

I always dreamed of a healthy work-life balance, of having more time for myself and for the things that bring me joy. But all of that faded into the background as my work took up more and more space.

During my search, I remembered my previous interests and began searching for and reading self-help books.

"The Cafe on the Edge of the World" and "The Big Five for Life" by John Strelecky triggered an ever louder call in me!

At the end of my life, I definitely didn't want to regret not having taken opportunities. I didn't want to waste any more time!

My passion for personal development flared up again! ❤️‍🔥

So I attended coaching courses, mentoring sessions, webinars and started meditating again – all because I was looking for my calling.

At that time, I also took my Gallup CliftonStrength personality test, which is now part of my empowerment coaching.

My top 5 talents are:

  1. Collector of ideas
  2. curiosity
  3. Intellect
  4. individual perception
  5. performance orientation

These talents help me to identify problems particularly easily, to solve them, to acquire knowledge and to convey it.

This also allows me to see the uniqueness in people, treat you the way you need to be treated and lovingly bring out the best in you.❤️

John Strelecky and I on his "The Hope, Help & Heart Tour!" 2022

A few days before John Strelecky's book signing: "Continue to believe in the seemingly impossible.", I had the idea to link my coaching with "Alice in Wonderland". Coincidence? I don't think so 😻

Friendship, care and professional fulfillment

While I was searching for my calling, my best friend was struggling with severe depression. We spent countless days and nights talking and walking. I still remember how many times he would cry and how I would try to give him hope.

When he finally found a place for therapy, I was there for him between sessions and accompanied him through the challenging time.

It was a strenuous journey, but after just a few weeks I felt my energy changing.

My rediscovered enthusiasm and "task" drove me to continuously expand my knowledge and skills in psychology and personal development. Because it helped me to understand my best friend, myself and others even more deeply.

This is how I finally found my true calling: I want to accompany people in difficult life situations and bring them (back) to their strength.
